Private Client Fee-Earner
Silks is looking for an able and enthusiastic individual to add to our private client team, who has the ability and vision to strengthen links with the local community and increase streams of revenue to the department and the firm as a whole.
You will already have experience of drafting wills, LPAs and deputyship applications as well as simple probates. You will have excellent drafting and communication skills and possess good organisational skills as you will be expected to carry a significant and varied caseload.
We are looking for someone with a sensitive, caring and client-focussed approach who also has good commercial sense. You will want to develop your skills and knowledge and develop yourself and the department where we all take pride in excellence.

Civil Litigation Solicitor
We are looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our thriving team and conduct a full and varied caseload of civil litigation matters.
Supported by the Head of Department, the newly appointed Civil Litigation Solicitor will be expected to come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload. The successful Civil Litigation Solicitor will be dealing with a broad range of civil litigation matters from contract disputes, to personal injury, to contested probate matters.
To apply for the role you will ideally have a minimum of three years post-qualification experience in handling your own caseload of civil litigation matters, preferably showing a track-record of taking on a variety of matters.
